IQF Artichokes:
Are prepared from the fleshy parts of the "closed artichoke blossom".
Our artichokes are selected among the best quality free of any filaments or insects
damage. Before being processed, the product is sorted according to various diameters
in order to have homogeneous sizes inside each bag when processing the final product
packing.
1- Artichoke quarters or hearts in brine oil.
2- IQF artichoke bottoms 3-5 cm,5-7cm & 7-9 cm
3- IQF artichoke quarters
4- IQF artichoke hearts 25-30 pieces in kg & 30-40 pieces in kg.
Package: 350gm,400gm,1kg,4x2.5 kg or bulk carton 10 kg.
